Anti-EHF Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against EHF and validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human samples. It is provided as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-210 of human EHF (NP_036285.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 35 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
