Anti-EHBP1 Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit-derived primary antibody raised against EHBP1 (EH Domain Binding Protein 1), a peripheral membrane adaptor that coordinates endosomal trafficking by linking Rab8 and Rab10 GTPases to Eps15-homology-domain (EHD) effectors during membrane tubulation, scission, and receptor recycling.

Provided as 100 µl of affinity-purified antiserum, the antibody is validated for western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on human samples, including HeLa cells and prostate-derived lines where EHBP1 has been investigated in the context of GLUT4 translocation, insulin signaling, and as a candidate susceptibility locus in prostate cancer research. It does not require a secondary fluorophore for chromogenic WB workflows and can be paired with anti-rabbit HRP or Alexa Fluor conjugates as needed.
