Anti-EGR4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting EGR4, offered by Antibodies.com for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and has been validated for WB and IHC. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 440–589 of human EGR4 (NP_001956.3). Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:25–1:100 for IHC. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 62 kDa.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C, and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles.
