Anti-EGR3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the EGR3 target. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–250 of human EGR3 (NP_004421.2). The product is provided as a liquid with a reported molecular weight of 43 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and purified by affinity purification. Recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
