Anti-EGR1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against EGR1, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Two scientific validation images are supplied for this product.

The reagent is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Reported molecular weights for the target are 75 kDa / 100 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–250 of human EGR1 (NP_001955.1).

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
