Anti-Egr-1/2 (R409) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Egr-1/2 (R409) is offered unconjugated by Antibodies.com. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 370–420 of human Egr-1. The manufacturer notes that the antibody detects endogenous levels of Egr-2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 50 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
