Anti-EGLN3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against EGLN3 (also referred to as PHD3) and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form. It is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 1–100 of human PHD3 (NP_071356.1), and the target migrates at approximately 32 kDa. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

It is formulated in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
