Anti-EGLN2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting EGLN2, also known as PHD1/prolyl hydroxylase, supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150-250 of human prolyl hydroxylase PHD1/EGLN2 (NP_444274.1) and is affinity purified.

Provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 43 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:500-1:2,000 and IP at 1:20-1:50; the reagent concentration is lot specific.
