Anti-EGLN1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Anti-EGLN1 reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human EGLN1 (Egl nine homolog 1) immunogen, also known as PHD2, HIF-prolyl hydroxylase 2, HPH-2, C1 or SM-20. The affinity-purified antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated, allowing flexible downstream labelling. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the product is recommended for ICC/IF applications, where it specifically recognises the endogenous total EGLN1 protein in samples from human, mouse and rat origins.
