Raised in rabbit and purified as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com antibody recognizes the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor at serine residue 1104, a calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II phosphorylation site that modulates EGFR tyrosine kinase activity and downstream receptor signaling.
