Anti-EGFR (S1064) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against EGFR (S1064). Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, this unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1041–1090 of Human EGFR as immunogen and is reported to detect endogenous levels of EGFR protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 175 kDa.
