Anti-EGFR (phospho Y998) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against EGFR phosphorylated at tyrosine 998. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot applications and reactive with human samples.

The immunogen corresponds to a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding Y998 of human EGFR (NP_005219.2), with the sequence NFYRA. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein runs at approximately 200 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product should be shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
