Anti-EGFR (phospho-Y845) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets EGFR phosphorylated at Tyrosine 845. It is unconjugated, validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, and reactive with human samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human EGFR surrounding the Tyr845 phosphorylation site and specifically detects endogenous levels of EGFR only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 845.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a protein of approximately 175 kDa.
