Anti-EGFR (phospho Y845) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against EGFR (phospho Tyr845), validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with human samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y845 of human EGFR (NP_005219.2), with the sequence KEYHA. Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 and the reported molecular weight is 200 kDa.
