Anti-EGFR (phospho Y1197) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises EGFR phosphorylated at tyrosine 1197. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y1197 of human EGFR. The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 170 kDa. Host species is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal, isotype is IgG, and the conjugate is unconjugated. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000 and the concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
