Anti-EGFR (phospho Y1172) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets EGFR phosphorylated at tyrosine 1172 (Y1172) and is unconjugated. Raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the reagent is reactive with human samples and is classified within the Primary Antibodies range.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Y1172 of human EGFR. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 175 kDa; concentration is lot specific.
