Anti-EGFR (phospho Y1110) Antibody

Phospho-specific polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against the Y1110 phosphorylated epitope of the EGFR receptor tyrosine kinase. Y1110 lies within the intracellular kinase domain activation loop, and detection of this site is a standard readout of EGFR activation in cell signalling research. The IgG reagent is supplied as 50 µl, is unconjugated, and is validated for Western Blot applications on human samples. Researchers commonly apply it to monitor dynamic phosphorylation changes in lysates from cancer cell lines, to profile receptor response to kinase inhibitors, and to complement total-EGFR antibodies when characterising downstream pathway activity. Reactivity is limited to human EGFR; the antibody is intended for research use only.
