Anti-EGFR (phospho Y1092) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com that selectively recognizes the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1092. Tyrosine 1092 lies within the C-terminal regulatory tail of EGFR and is one of the major autophosphorylation sites engaged after EGF ligand binding, contributing to recruitment of downstream signaling adaptors such as PLC-gamma.

The reagent is supplied as a 200 µl vial of unconjugated antibody, intended for research use only. Recommended applications include Western blot detection of phosphorylated EGFR in human cell lysates.
