Anti-EGFR (phospho T693) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human epidermal growth factor receptor and specifically recognizes EGFR only when phosphorylated on threonine 693, a PKC substrate site located within the cytoplasmic domain of the receptor. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum in a single vial, the antibody is validated for Western blot detection of phospho-Thr693 EGFR in human cell and tissue lysates.

The reagent is intended for research use only. Because the phospho-Threonine 693 epitope is labile, lysates should be prepared with phosphatase inhibitors and processed promptly or snap-frozen to preserve the modification.
