Anti-EGFR (phospho-T669) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises EGFR when phosphorylated at Threonine 669 (p-EGFR (T669)). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human EGFR around the Threonine 669 phosphorylation site, and the antibody detects endogenous EGFR only when phosphorylated at Thr669. The antibody was affinity-purified using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 175 kDa.
