Anti-EGFR (phospho T669) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets EGFR phosphorylated at Thr669, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding T669 of human EGFR (NP_005219.2). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) and reacts with Human samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid and has been purified by affinity purification.

The expected molecular weight of the target protein is 200 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the immunogen sequence is PLTPS. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
