Anti-EGFR (phospho-T654) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets EGFR when phosphorylated at threonine 654. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human EGFR around the threonine 654 phosphorylation site, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous EGFR only when phosphorylated at Thr654.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 175 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
