Anti-EGFR (phospho-S1047) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognises the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) when phosphorylated at Serine 1047. It is raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human EGFR around the phosphorylation site of Serine 1047, and detects endogenous levels of EGFR protein only when phosphorylated at Ser1047.

The antibody is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
