Anti-EGFR Antibody [A20-E]

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit monoclonal reagent raised against the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It is supplied in liquid form and is unconjugated, with an IgG isotype.

The clone, designated A20-E, was generated using a peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human EGFR and recognises an epitope spanning residues Ser1120–Asn1135. The antibody is reactive with human samples and has been validated for immunohistochemistry applications on both paraffin-embedded (IHC-P) and frozen (IHC-Fr) sections. The recommended working dilution range for IHC is 1:100–1:200. The product is formulated in Tris-buffered saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and should be stored at 4°C.
