Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody to EGF, generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 681-730 of Human EGF. The unconjugated reagent is validated for WB and IHC applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody is reported at a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) and is described as detecting endogenous levels of EGF protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. Reported molecular weight is ~ 10, 130(pro) kDa.
