Anti-Eg5 (P923) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Eg5 (P923), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. It is unconjugated and presented at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 900-950 of human Eg5, and specifically detects endogenous levels of Eg5 protein.

The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF). The expected molecular weight of the target protein is approximately 119 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
