Anti-EFNA3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Ephrin A3 (EFNA3) and is validated for Western blot on mouse samples. The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23-214 of human EFNA3 (NP_004943.1). It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and affinity purified, with a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution of 1:200-1:1,000 is suggested. A representative validation blot was performed at 1:1,000 dilution with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, using 25µg of lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, and ECL detection with a 90 second exposure.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
