Anti-EFNA1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Ephrin A1 (EFNA1) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and has been verified to react with human and mouse samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 21 - 23 kDa.

The antibody is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19–182 of human EFNA1. Purification was carried out by affinity chromatography.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry.
