Anti-EF-2 Antibody

The reagent is unconjugated and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from human EF-2 around the non-phosphorylation site of threonine 56. It is formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. The antibody is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of EF-2 protein in these species.
