Anti-EEF2 (phospho-T56) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets EEF2 when phosphorylated at threonine 56. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and was raised in rabbit. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 20-70 of Human eEF2, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of EF-2 protein when phosphorylated at Thr56. The target migrates at approximately 95 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
