Description

EEF1E1 (also known as AIMP3) is a translation-associated subunit of the multi-aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complex that has been linked to DNA damage response signaling. The unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com (clone #A4314) was raised against human EEF1E1 and cross-reacts with the mouse ortholog, enabling direct comparison of expression levels across species.

Validated for Western blot, immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry, this IgG reagent supports protein-level confirmation by immunoblotting, subcellular localization by imaging, and surface or intracellular staining for cytometry. The mouse IgG backbone pairs with HRP-, fluorophore-, or biotin-conjugated secondary antibodies, so detection chemistry can be matched to each downstream application.

The antibody is supplied as a 200 µL liquid aliquot in a vial. For handling, store refrigerated; aliquot on arrival to minimize freeze-thaw cycles of the working stock, and refer to the lot-specific data sheet on the Antibodies.com product page for recommended starting dilutions and any updated species-specific validation results.
