Anti-EEF1A1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175274)

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against eEF1A1 (also referred to as EF-Tu), produced as an IgG preparation and supplied unconjugated [C0, S1]. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications (ICC/IF) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples [S1].

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 123-462 of human eEF1A1 (NP_001393.1), and the antibody has been affinity purified [S1]. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration; the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa [S1]. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF [S1].

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; on delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1].
