Anti-EED Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting EED (Embryonic Ectoderm Development protein), a core scaffolding subunit of the Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2). EED binds the repressive H3K27me3 histone mark and allosterically activates the EZH2 methyltransferase, making this reagent a valuable probe for research into epigenetic gene silencing, X-chromosome inactivation, stem cell pluripotency, and developmental patterning.
