Anti-EED Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to EED from Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-400 of human EED (NP_694536.1). Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the product is purified by affinity chromatography and has an expected molecular weight range of 50-70 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:500-1:1,000 for IP, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
