Anti-EEA1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting EEA1, available from Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. This unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot applications and is reported by the manufacturer as also validated for Immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1182-1411 of human EEA1 (NP_003557.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight is 175 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
