Anti-EDN3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets EDN3 and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 17–187 of human EDN3 (NP_996917.1) and purified by affinity chromatography, with a molecular weight of 44 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) application on human samples, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. A representative Western blot example used extracts of A-549 cells at 25 µg per lane, with the antibody at 1:1,000 dilution, a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, and ECL detection with a 20 s exposure.
