Anti-EDN1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Primary Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against EDN1 (Endothelin 1). It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid preparation. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 18–212 of human Endothelin 1 (NP_001946.3), and the reagent has been affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target has a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa, and the antibody concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
