Anti-EDG-7 (P324) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against EDG-7 (P324) and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human samples, detecting endogenous levels of EDG-7 protein.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 289–342 of human EDG-7. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 40 kDa.

The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
