Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against EDG-6. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 261–306 of human EDG-6, and the polyclonal antiserum was affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of EDG-6 protein.
The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The observed molecular weight is approximately 42 and 52 kDa.
