EDG-6 (endothelial differentiation gene 6), also known as sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 4 (S1PR4), is a G-protein-coupled receptor that mediates sphingolipid signaling and influences lymphocyte trafficking, NK cell mobilization, and myeloid cell migration. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against EDG-6 and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows.

The antibody recognizes conserved epitopes in human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling cross-species studies of sphingosine-1-phosphate signaling pathways, immune cell egress from lymphoid organs, and inflammatory signaling. Provided as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent can be diluted into standard blocking buffers for membrane-based detection and cell imaging applications.

For Western blot, the polyclonal mixture improves recognition of the receptor across different conformational and post-translational states. For immunofluorescence, the unconjugated format allows pairing with secondary antibodies matched to the detection channel of choice. Aliquot the stock upon first thaw and store refrigerated at 4 °C; the sodium azide additive suppresses microbial growth during routine benchtop handling.
