Anti-EDG-4 (L310) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against EDG-4 (L310) and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 278–325 of human EDG-4 and detects endogenous levels of EDG-4 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 39 kDa.

Listed applications are Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF, including ICC/IF), and the antibody has been validated on human, mouse and rat samples.
