Anti-EDG-2 (W45) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against EDG-2 (W45). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 10-62 of Human EDG-2. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of EDG-2 protein, with an observed molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF). The antibody is reactive with Human and Rat samples and is accompanied by 1 scientific validation image.
