Anti-EDG-2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to EDG-2, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, and reacts with Human and Rat samples. It is raised in Rabbit, with polyclonal clonality and IgG isotype.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the N-terminal region of human EDG-2, and detects endogenous levels of EDG-2 protein. It is provided as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
