Anti-EDG-1 (T48) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against EDG-1 (T48). The unconjugated reagent is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human EDG-1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of EDG-1 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa.
