Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against EDEM1, validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The reagent detects endogenous levels of EDEM1 protein and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human EDEM1. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein migrates at approximately 74 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The isotype is IgG.
