Description
From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal IVD antibody targets EDDP (Methadone Metabolite). It is supplied as a purified monoclonal antibody and is unconjugated.
The antibody is raised in mouse and is of the IgG1, kappa isotype, with EDDP-KLH used as the immunogen. Reported specificity is EDDP 100%, Methadone 0.1%. Purity is reported as > 90%, and the formulation is 15 mM potassium phosphate buffer, pH 7.2, with 0.85% NaCl.
The reagent is validated for ELISA and is also listed as suitable for lateral flow applications. It is shipped at 4°C; for short-term storage, keep at 4°C, and for long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
