Anti-EDDP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody targets EDDP (2-ethylidene-1,5-dimethyl-3,3-diphenylpyrrolidine), the primary metabolite of methadone, and is offered as a 1 mg aliquot of purified monoclonal antibody. The reagent is raised in Mouse and is of the IgG1, kappa isotype, and it is supplied in an unconjugated form suitable for direct labelling workflows. The immunogen used for immunisation was EDDP conjugated to KLH, and the clone has been validated for specificity, with reported cross-reactivity of EDDP at 100% and methadone at 0.1%, allowing clean discrimination between the parent drug and its metabolite.
