Anti-EDAR Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal reagent targets Ectodysplasin A receptor (EDAR), a TNF receptor family member that drives ectodermal organ development through NF-κB signaling via the EDARADD adapter. Raised in rabbit and purified as an IgG preparation, it is supplied at 200 µl per vial and validated for Western blot detection of the receptor in human samples. EDAR research is central to studies of hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, where loss-of-function mutations impair hair follicle, tooth bud, and sweat gland formation.
