Anti-EDA Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against EDA, supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form for use as a primary antibody. The reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 750–850 of human EDA (Q92838) and was affinity purified prior to formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 41 kDa. The preparation is shipped at 4 °C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C while avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
