Anti-ECSIT Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against ECSIT, supplied unconjugated in liquid form by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 50–296 of human ECSIT (NP_001135936.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 49 kDa.

According to the manufacturer, the reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (recommended dilution 1:500–1:2,000) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (1:50–1:200). It is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration reported as lot specific.

Storage guidance from the supplier is shipment at 4°C followed by aliquoting and storage at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Four scientific validation images are referenced for the product.
